We are a farm-to-table rotisserie offering healthy homemade dishes.
Our free-range chickens are sourced from Evron, Pays de la Loire, France.
The chickens are marinated for 24h in our secret blend of herbs and spices, then slowly cooked and finished on the spit.

The concept was created by founder and chef Romain Bourrillon, drawing flavours and inspiration from working many years in a number of restaurants across France, NYC, Belgium, & London.
